    Magnificent foyer, historic design details, charming bar experience

    Inconsistent room temperature control!!! Also, slow room service left me waiting longer than expected. very disappointing!!! Room amenities felt inadequate, especially the charging outlets.

    Couple seeking historic charm

    We booked the Classic Double or Twin Room and was struck by the hotel’s old-world charm the lobby was beautiful with intricate chandeliers and fresh flowers and the staff was great responding quickly to our requests

    It wasn’t exactly cheap but given the experience I felt it was acceptable

    Nice stay, but missing some comfort

    The hotel is beautiful and has a great bar/lounge area. Location is pretty good, close to shops. But man, the air conditioning was a mess! We felt like we were roasting in our room. Plus, had to chase them down for a rollaway bed, took forever. The breakfast was just okay, nothing fancy.

    What a delightful experience! The spacious room had a lovely high ceiling, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. I especially loved the amazing lobby atmosphere, which truly felt like a step back in time. I would definitely revisit!

    Navigating the parking garage is a pain, with poor signage and numerous doors to deal with. The restaurant's indefinite closure is a letdown, especially since room service has a limited menu. During our stay, breakfast lacked variety, which made dining feel tedious after the first day. Chaotic roadworks were happening right in front, complicating every arrival and departure, and the lack of personal touches like a concierge left the experience feeling a bit less upscale.

    staying at le plaza was fantastic! the location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and town center. the staff, especially mrs eva, made our stay memorable. they helped set up a surprise with petals and chocolates in our room, which was a lovely touch. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering everything from american classics to fresh juices.
